From the Education-Training Continuum to the Education-Training-Work Continuum: Prospects for future developments based on the analysis of schemes in 18 African countries
This document reflects the contributions from 18 English- and French-speaking African countries, as well as the debates held during the last conference of the Inter-Country Quality Node on Technical and Vocational Skills Development (ICQN-TVSD) in Africa that took place in November 2017 in Abidjan, under the auspices of the State-Secretariat for Technical Education and Vocational Training of Côte d'Ivoire - the host country of ICQN-TVSD. The Compendium has been produced by the Network for international policies and cooperation in education and training (NORRAG), thanks to the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) within the framework of the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA).
