Donor Policies in Skills Development: Report of the Frankfurt Meeting (November 1996)
The Working Group for International Cooperation in Vocational and Technical Skills Development was established in 1996. The Group's Secretariat comprises the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, International Labour Office and NORRAG.
At its second meeting, held in Frankfurt during November 1996, five bilateral agencies presented their current policy positions regarding skills development. This Working Group paper provides a report of the Frankfurt meeting.
