The Working Group for International Cooperation in Skills Development was established in 1996. The Group's Secretariat comprises the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, International Labour Office and NORRAG. 

The Interlaken meeting of the Working Group for represented a new stage of evolution in the activities of the Group and set the stage for further such developments.This Working Group paper provides a report of the Interlaken meeting.
